Homarus Americanus came to Hope Saturday, September 20 @ 3 PM. You can call him Homer.  That's the family name for the Great American LOBSTER.  The Genuine, Old Fashioned New England Clam Bake featured Homer and his friend Happy (as a clam).  The festivities began at 3 PM.  The rocks in the Pit were heated up by the wood fire.  We laid on some seaweed, Homer and his friends, and covered the whole shebang with painters tarp, that has been thoroughly soaked with water.  About 20 minutes later the eating began.
